We serce you with the highest quality produce from within the Suffolk and Norfolk Boarders to keep food miles to a minimum. The owner Shane Burrows has been able to trace his family history within the meat industry for over 200 years with himself having 15 years of experience. This knowledge in the industry means that we are able to serve you with beef that is hung 21-28 days (longer on request) which gives you the best flavour and most succulent texture.

All of our pork is free range from Blyhtburgh pigs which produces the most succulent pork. The lamb is all from within the Suffolk and Norfolk borders from multiple farms allowing us to supply you with only the best. We can supply you with Sutton Hoo Free Range Chickens or a Barn reared Chicken from Stowmarket.

We have a large display counter which enables us to show off various cuts of beef, pork, lamb and poultry. Through the winter months you will see all varieties of joints for your family roasts or different cuts for those hearty winter meals. Where as, through the hot summer months, pop in and see our colourful display for those summer BBQ’s with family and friends.

You will be able to find a large selection of different cuts which can have different marinades rubbed in for your specific taste buds or a great selection of 28 day hung steaks and freshly made sausages and burgers.
